My handle is stuck on and water only sprays out of the hose and not the faucet. I have to keep the spray hose pulled down facing toward the drain because when you turn the water on it sprays full force out of the hose. Is this easy to replace?

Yes, it is easy to replace. Just turn the water off to the sink. There should be a couple of valves under your sink to do this. Disconnect the old spray hose. put some new Teflon tape (available at the hardware store where you buy the replacement sprayer) around the exposed threads where you unscrewed the hose so that you will get a good seal. Then screw the new hose in. Turn the water back on and check for leaks.

The problem is NOT in the handle, most likely. It is in the little diverter valve that is on the other end of that hose, under the sink where the hose is attached.

Shut off the water and use a pliers or wrench to take off the hose under the sink. You will see a little disk in there that tells the water whether to go to the faucet or the hose. Replace that and reconnect the hose. Actually while it is off if the hose is in ratty condition you may as well replace it too (since you have it off at that time).

Underneath the sink are a couple of knobs that you want to turn clockwise to shut off the water supply. These knobs are connected to hoses that supply the water to the faucet. Once you shut this off, you can disassemble the faucet which shouldn't be too hard. You'll probably need a wrench and some towels. New faucets come with installation instructions which anyone can follow.

Usually the hand device will unscrew from the hose. This being the case, you may have to buy one with the hose and all but just use the hand valve attachment and connect to your existing hose.
