Recently ,I often receive emails from that website ,I don't know it well ,sometimes I doubt it is a illegal web ,I 've sent report about it ,but it seems there is no response that indicates something wrong with that .I've no idea .

It is all advertising. If you are willing to receive spam and read ads then you have a chance to win something. Every contest has its own rules and they require you to receive and respond to email.

Rule #1: When people 'offer' you 'free' stuff, "THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH"! Exception! FREE, Open Source Software, and Operating Systems are of high quality.

Now then, Economics 101 teaches about how you get more quality when you pay more money, but, in Computer Software, the rules of economics are warped, as FREE software, and software over $1 million are very good, and al lthe software in the middle tends to be dismal, horrid, and almost non-functional.
The thing that breaks the rules of Economics is the passion of true believers, either in the passion of the art, or in the attempt to "win" the " Lottery"!

That site is the most annoying website. They send you one email after another all day long and fill your box with spam. I'm thankful we changed our email address and got away from that one and a few others. At least now we have Mailbots to go through and filter out most of the spam. If you join this site, they spam you to death.

It's not only spam, it's a scam. Block it with your spam filter, and NEVER, NEVER try to unscribe from it. Then they have your email address for sure.
