im scanning now, what to do next?
would someone help me with step by step process pleasE?

It should pop up asking you what you want to do, if not, the scan will probably move it to the virus vault automatically. When the scan it finished make sure you check it to make sure it removed it.

There are many types of viruses, which avg would not heal. Try searching it manially and delete it if it is not in Windows/sys.32 folder
