It's a long involved process but here is the short version. First they will send you to a psychologist to make sure that this is what you really want. Then you have to get on hormones, then comes the operations. The process of that is basically a series of things they do to invert your penis. Hope this helped :)
If you haven't started with drag yet I would suggest you should. Also there are many cosmetic surgeries as well that will give you more womanly features if you choose to do so (it's all the little extras that pills won't be able to do). I think what would be good too is to see a dermatologist and have them zap the hair folicals off your face to give you a smoother, flawless look. I know people that have done it and from what they said it doesn't even hurt. Good luck with everything!

If you are serious...
I think that you should start dressing like a woman, and get the feel for being a tranny.
then slowly start taking female hormones.
Also, start talking to a surgeon that does that kind of surgery.
Tell him that you are interested in becoming a woman
He will probably set up the surgery and have you evaluated by a therapist, because the hormone.
then once you have passed the evaluation, then the gender reassignment surgery should go without a problem.

Go to a gender therapist who sees transsexuals. They can help you with therapy and then refer you to a doctor who will give you hormones.
You should read:

if you want to have woman features then get plastic surgery (change your private area, get breasts). take estrogen. purchase a wig. wear make up.
but i just want to say one thing, you are beautiful the way you are now. please consider my words before you go off changing youreslf to a woman.
