I suffer from depression and I am on vacation by some friends. I feel that sometimes I am too outspoken and I am messy so they are talking about me. Could you please identify some ways in which I can change?

If I were in your situation what I would do would be different then what you would do.
people basically are the same however what works on one doesn't work on the other.
I have herd say that depression is a chemical imbalance. Try balancing yourself out. Fish is supposed to be good for depression. So is florescent lighting.
Being out with a bunch of other people I have before (this is rare for me) in my life but I was young at the time, actually the time I am thinking they went somewhere and when I went to meet them they were not there so I went and done my own thing. This did not go over with the group. Oh well. Do what you want to do to be happy.
Outspoken is not a bad thing! Being messy so what....If these are your true friends they will not hold this against you. Of course true friends are hard to come by....
Take time to like yourself. Then these little insecurities will not sneak up on you.
Good luck, know one is perfect! Do not be so hard on yourself..

Everybody and their mother "hates" themselves at different times in their life. That's normal! A secret though: Mistakes are just "life lessons"...in disguise! So, if your making mistakes, look for the lesson. Then, move on.
If your on vacation and your outspoken and messy, who cares? Your on vacation.Your friends will love you through thick-and-thin! That's what friends do.
About your depression, people will perceive you in the way you perceive yourself. So, be at peace. Love yourself despite your flaws, and others will to. Enjoy the rest of your vacation!
