I dreamt the other night that I was Heidi Klum, weaving through a roomful of socialites and unknown faces clad in designer clothing, but I know none of them. I feel like myself yet my appearance was like her. (She's not my idol or anything, I just watch Project Runway once in a while)

Then the other night, I dreamt that I'm a lady of Spanish origin (which I'm not in real life) and my husband is a Portuguese man. And the whole dream is in Portuguese, I sort of know what I'm hearing in the dream, but in real I don't speak and can't understand the language and once I wake up i get all confused.

I used to dream as MYSELF. But lately I've been dreaming as someone else. I'm starting to think that my soul has experienced a switch with somebody else's and it's freaking me out. Because people always say, the souls of people are taking a walk when their bodies are resting/sleeping.

Can anyone offer a probable explanation?

Thanks!

I am a big believer in past lives, and it seems to me that is whats happening here. It's possible that you were a lady of spanish origin, and a lady of beauty in a previous life. Do you see Heidi Klum as a "model" (excuse the pun) of extreme beauty? Try going as far in these dreams as you can. they will often offer clues as to why you are dreaming this way. Don't be freaked out, it's perfectly normal. Good Luck!

It is possible that your dreams are a way for you to experience/act out things that you either see (watching tv) or want. One way to interpret dreams is to "be" the different parts of the dream. The basic premise is that everything in the dream is an extention of you.

For instance, in your Heidi Klum dream...how did you see her as being? To me I picture her smiling as she is walking through a room, trying her best to be composed, but in reality feels alone (as indicated by the unknown faces)...is that something that you are experiencing in real life? If you do that for every aspect of your dream (be the room, be the socialites), it may give you some insight into what you are thinking/feeling/seeing.

Only You can answer what these dreams mean. I don't believe in any hard and fast dream definitions- they are unique to the dreamer and her experiences. If these were *my* dreams, I would immediately think I was not being my Self in real life, and examine what I am doing, how I am living, in real life, and see if I was not being true to what I wanted to do or Be.
If one was to believe in re-incarnation, they might be glimpses into alternate lives you'd led.
My husband would say they are just idle ramblings of the brain at night. :)
So- IMO it's up to you to examine them, and use them, or not, to enhance your life journey.
Maybe a trip to Portugal is in order! :)

You should move the tv out of the bedroom. or at least make sure it is off before you fall asleep
