I am in love with an asylum seeker who says he wants to marry me. My parents say he only wants my passport and is probably making bombs for Bin laden. He assures me that its not true but he is very persistent and insists we get married quickly "before immigration laws change". Confused. Help.

You say the person is gay. Are you gay too? If not, you must understand that marrying this person would constitute immigration fraud. You could be arrested and spend years in prison for it.
