my avg scan came up clean, but it did for a week when I noticed the last trojan. So I did a file/program find on it and there is two one for the niveda sound card and one running out of windows?
Is that normal?

I reboot everyday and check what is running it's never showed up before. No one but me downloads or plays with computer settings.
Is it normal for one to be running out of windows or is this something fishy?

nwiz.exe is nothing to worry about

nwiz.exe is a part of NVidia's Nview features installable alongside it's graphics hardware products. This application will give the user access to additional features which allow the configuration of up to 32 monitors on a host, or to expand the desktop across many monitors. This is a non-essential process. Disabling or enabling it is down to user preference.

nwiz.exe is likely not the problem as I stated before. I would suggest that if you think you have a larger problem, trying not to fix it yourself and seek professional help. I would not buy anything online until you are certain it is clean. A dedicated hacker might have compromised your PC, or it is a new variant of a virus or rootkit that has not yet been caught or detected. There are tools to clean more advanced infections, but they are beyond the scope of most users knowledge and require intricate knowledge of drivers, modules, services, and other root-level processes inside the Windows kernel. You will not be able to do this yourself.

If you are having reoccurences of spyware or other infections on a weekly basis, you're likely already compromised and it has gone too far. You should contact a professional to clean your PC, or reinstall. I am not joking, kidding, or otherwise, quit requesting help via your current avenue (Yahoo Answers) and get it fixed ASAP.
