I haven't looked at it personally. My husband and my son were talking about buying a new controller and it aggravated me 'cuz the game is less than 2mos. old. The thing worked one day and not the next. He has replaced the batteries with new ones and nothing. I'll personally look into all of your suggestions when I get home. THANKS.

You have to initialize the new controllers. Read your instruction book. There's a button on the front of the controller, you have to push it while the xbox is on and let the system initialize it.

That's exactly what happend to me. I think this is where we both went wrong. Did you pull off a holographic sticker on the front of the controller? That's why it wont work. But any ways you need to call the xbox 360 help line. Then they will either do one of two things: one, go back to the store where you bought it from and tell them why it wont work and they should let you get another. Two, send the controller to the company and get another free of charge. But you have to pay shipping and you have to wait for about 4 weeks.

Well you need to sync the controller to the Console. Do this by clicking the little white button on the front of the 360, you will see the ring of light spin. Next turn on the controller by pressing the 360 button in the middle, then on the top of the controller you will see a small white button as well, press it. The system will then begin to connect to the controller. Once completed, the system should indicate the controller is connected by a section of the ring of light being lit, the position of the light should be the same on both the system and the controller.
