Can somebody tell me how all that begins. What caused that the room and the objects became a mystery. were they always like that. Or, it was some kind of extraordynary even than made all that happened. Like a nuclear test or because they were in the midle of nowhere in route 66.

THERE ARE THEORIES ON WHAT HAPPENED....
And they are explained in part two of the pilot. One theory is that God died in that room at that time. Another is that God didn't die, but the Objects are parts of God's body, and if you get enough of them together you could see into God's mind. Another is that if you get ALL of the objects together, you can become a God. There's many theories, but NO ONE REALLY KNOWS....
And as far as the daughter....it was also explained by The Occupant - the room doesn't exist on this plane of existence, and when it resets, anything in it that is NOT an Object gets sent to another variation of the room itself...

According to the Hotel janitor... *I can't remember his name but it was his wife who was trapped in room 9... it just happened one day.
There was nothing special... it just happened when his wife who was the hotel manager found a room key for room 10... problem was that it was only a 9 room motel.
Weird show... but it left enough openings, like the prophet, etc. for another follow up

you know, it never really explained why those things happened, why the room is there and where the heck the daughter was the whole time. I have all the same questions as you do and stillno answers and I watched the thing twice.

They never tell you how the objects came to be as they are.
In my opinion, they have left many questions to allow for a series.
