It's blocked by that facility; there is nothing you can do to access it from there.

It probably means that the college has a filter in place that blocks access to that site. Try using a computer outside the college's system. If you can get in from that machine, then it's definitely a college filter keeping you off of that site.
So what can you do to get on that site? Well, it depends. If you need to get to the site for school-related purposes, ask the college's I.T. people nicely and see if they'll unblock it. But if it's games or pr0n, don't even bother asking.
Finally, I **do not** recommend that you try to use a proxy site to try to get around a school filter. First, they may well already know about it and have the proxy site itself blocked.
Second, trying to get on a website blocked by the filter might get you into a little trouble. But if you get caught trying to use a proxy to get around it, you're risking BIG trouble: you could find yourself with ALL of your computer priviliges suspended and not even able to use the college's system to get any class work done. You're better off not going there.

heh :) Go to network-tools.com and convert the name of the site to ip adress. Than copy it back to the address window That might help,but if it doesn't - than this site is in #1 forbidden list.
