Im trying to get custody me baby has a horrible dad and he comes and goes when he wants to get my baby and is trying to blackmaile me to take him off back child support or he just wont come!!

Are you an unfit mother? What grounds would he have to get the child away from you? Do you have a steady income and housing for the child? If you do not work go to the county and find out what your rights are. Can you prove that he is an unfit father? Does he have a criminal record? Is he on probation for drugs or a crime? Just because the two of you do not communicate with each other is not a unfit father. Do not wait until he takes you to court, talk to someone at the District Attorney Office in your area. They are the ones that enforce child support.

I don't think the last poster understood the question, but all you can do honey is take the asshole to court. DO NOT take him off child support. You can just let him come and go or if you think it is in the best interest for your child to not be around the father at all, then the only answer is court. Make sure though that he is taking care of his responsibilities regardless if you get full custody or not!!! Good Luck!!!!!
