What are you referring to? If it is something like the Nielsen ratings people, they only "listen in" to family's viewing habits with that family's permission and cooperation. Your question is unclear as to who you think is "listening in on us". Government, maybe. Broadcasting companies? I don't think so. Where did you get this information? Post a link, please.

You are wrong in your assumptions the media can arbitrarily intrude into our homes. Overlooking and ignoring our Constitutional rights and its amendments are guaranteed by the constitution of America.
Just where did you get this information? I am an advocate in protecting and the preservation of the Constitution. It is your obligation to the people of this country to inform me of where and who is perpitrating this injustice. Please go to my site.
