And the next time they do it, give them a 2 game ban & so on. That should stop all these ridiculous theatrics! (I know it's highly unlikely, but hey!)

One English club (cant remember who, maybe Lincoln???) has installed a "3 strikes and you're out" policy. If one of their players is found diving, feigning injury or cheating in another way then they are warned. Do it again and they are fined/banned. Do it a 3rd time and they are automatically transfer listed.

I think this is a great idea. All Prem clubs would have to start doing it at the same time (or the FA enforce it) for it to work though.

Yeah. I'm a chelsea fan and can see your point, but Drogba has cleaned his act up a bit. Its not him I'm most dissapointed with at chelsea, its an English player - Joe cole. They should all be man enough to try and stay on their feet !!

its just soo annoying to watch a chelsea match because you know that drogba is going to spend more time rolling around on the grass than play proper football... and you know that the other players i.e. john terry.. will bully the referee and hurl abuse at him for giving a free kick to the other team...
did you see his hissy fits when they faced arsenal?! and he's supposed to be the england captain??

I would like to agree with you regarding suspensions for anyone diving, but the powers that be in world football would not agree with us. They seem to think that they are above any sort of change, unless one of them comes up with someone else" s proposals.

what about simply being branded a cheat, oh but we already do that, what about scrap the present day card system, every time someone cheats point deducted. unfortunately there is little to nothing is going to be done. the beautiful game is a business.

Chadders and Harry are on the right lines. Combine the two and that'll stop that awful "gamesmanship". FIFA should initiate such a rule though.

Why mention Droggy? He's really cleaned up his act - that's why he's top scorer. How come no-ones's mentioned that Everton scumbag johnson? He could make the olympic diving team!
