My son is 3 months old. We read all the time and I try to play games that will stimulate his mind, but I need some more tips.

So does anyone have some good games/songs/whatever to help stimulate him?

There is no better, more effective stimulation in the world than his having your full attention. Games like peek-a-boo and patty-cake are best for this age, and reading to him and singing are all just perfect.

At this age, what he needs to focus on is learning now is how to move his body. Everything you drill at him is still only so much jumble, so don't exhaust yourself repeating times tables just yet. Make sure he has plenty of kick & wiggle time, because he will learn to move his body by practice.

You loving attention will stimulate his mind plenty. Enjoy his company, that's all he needs to grow up brilliant.

As he gets older, keep reading to him and singing songs like the alphabet song, and ask him questions about what he sees.

Read How to Raise your childrens IQ by Kindergarten - by Dr. Perlmutter, just starting it now, but skipped over that age group as my kids are older. Has lots of this kind of stuff.

Get this book "Simple Steps" by Karen Miller from your library, it has lots of ideas.

I recommend Dr.Seus books as they are funny.

Get lot of colorful and noise making rattles... at this stage baby love silly sounds.

3 months?? your baby should be allowed time to explore by himself - sing songs to him - but be careful to allow time for him to explore - sit him in a rocker near a mirror so he can see his reflection - give him large tactile things to hold - i.e a wooden spoon, a piece of cloth etc..
