To the first poster, I think the guy asking the question is dyslexic. He meant 'how do you use females?' He obviously led a sheltered upbringing too, poor guy. :-)

Use it to send / receive messages and pics.

If you have a specific question, state what email service you have and your question. Also, your provider may have info. on using their email service.
