There are a few pilot studies on efficacy of wheat grass juice including 1 from PGI Chandigarh published in Indian Pediatrics. This study showed that the juice improves hemoglobin and reduces transfusion requirements in thalassemic children.
Anecdotal evidence does suggest its efficacy in many common diseases but scientifically conducted studies are lacking.

I've never tried it, but I'll paste the Wikipedia blurb on wheatgrass here:

"Proponents of wheatgrass use claim that regular ingestion of the plant can improve the digestive system, prevent cancer, diabetes and heart disease, cure constipation, detoxify heavy metals from the bloodstream, cleanse the liver, prevent hair loss and help to make menopause more manageable. There is, however, no scientific evidence to support many of these claims, although there is a great deal of anecdotal evidence to that effect ."

I'd pay particular attention to the part about, "no scientific evidence to support many of these claims". If you really want a good answer, consult a nutritionalist.

I love the stuff. Tastes like grass but you get past that pretty quick. I always go for wheatgrass if I feel I am getting sick. I have also used it recently to cure a stomach problem. It is really good for you.

It did not do anything for me, other than make me want to throw up repeatedly after drinking it. It is really strong, and made me really sick. But that is just my experience with it, I know many people who love it, drink it daily, and get all kinds of energy from it.

Hopefully some more people will come forward with their experiences.
