Honestly, as I've seen, most logical questions that require a great deal of thought usually get around 6 answers on average. Yet a question that involves immaturity such as "Are my boobs huge?" gets anywhere from 20 to 50 answers. Is Yahoo! Answers! a haven for retards? I'm begining to wonder if "Stupider" is an accepted word in the English language now, since our language changes and adopts words based on society and society is not that bright nowadays.

VERY good call.
A question requiring more than 10 seconds of thought is too often left untouched these days.
Philosophy is out the window, educated response is at an all time low and sensibility just does not exist.

I think so. People like the polls&surveys forum because most answers there require little thought. A lot of people can't answer in all catagorys. I hang out in the polls&surveys on Mondays well I rack up some quick points, then hang out the rest of the week in Society&Cultture and Family, seeing as how I've seen it all, with my bro getting kidnapped and crap (he is rescued now though). I agree though.
However there are still some people on here that are realy nice.

Yes, Yahoo! Answers! is for retards...generally. Many of the questions, not even just he "Are my boobs huge?" questions, are so simple, it seems a waste to post them. Questions that could be Googled are an example. My other pet peeve is questions that require a yes or no answer. My biggest complaint is questions that don't make any sense or the answer is obvious in the question (example: My boyfriend is cheating on me...what do I do?"

Thank Goodness someone else besides me has seen that. Even though I have answered some of those questions myself. I agree with you completely. Its either really young kids who don't know better or just like you said a haven for the mentally devolved.

I agree.
I try to ask thought provoking questions with a humorous double meaning. I don't get many answers. Maybe they aren't as thought provoking or humorous as I think they are. Maybe another category would be better, but I come here because it seems to have the most people in it.

the boob questions are just easier to answer, so they get the points. questions with thought take just that thought. i think it's become a haven for advertisers if anything, singles sites, survey sites etc.
