can you use a pc or card reader for phone sim?

got a simmcard i need no,s from put in new phone wont work can a card reader download to a pc from the sim

Yes I can.There are many cheap card readers with prices ranging from 3 to 10 bucks.You can get them and use them.

Hey, i don't know if i fully understand, but there are some special phone dealers that can use your old Sim, and transfer them to a new Sim, try contacting Sim dealers, or phone retail companies, they might be of use...
