There are all sorts of ready-to-cook stuffing mixes on the shelf. Just be sure to read the label. Stuffing, or dressing if it is not stuffed in the bird, is very easy to make and completely vegetarian. Chop onions and celery, cook in butter until soft. Add to cubed bread along with melted butter. when cool add eggs and poultry stuffing seasoning. Put in a pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees.

Try one of the Paxo stuffings! Usually dried that you add water to they come in lots of varieties. Deli's counters usually have a range of ready made that aren't based on meat or the freezer section. For me there is only one stuffing for Xmas and thats good old Sage and Onion!

Get a hazelnut stuffing from M&S or Sainsbury's. Cranberry stuffing doesn't have pork.

If you want something ready-made, try a Kosher deli. Otherwise, as others said, make it yourself or use a mix (there are plenty of products).
