You can eat cheese or yogurt. Also they make Orange Juice with Calcium in it. There is always a vitamin supplement as well. Talk to your doctor.

I think I understand what your question means.....don't like or can't drink milk, right? I do not like milk I think it tastes gross and I told my dr that when I was pregnant, she told me to eat 2 tums a day as they have the same amount of calcium as the needed amount from milk. My son is fine and as much milk as he drinks you would have thought I drank milk everyday.

There's some great calcium fortified products now, like orange juice. Those would help supplement the lack of calcium. I also believe you can get calcium in a pill form, but ask your doctor first!

You can take Tums - they have calcium in them. I think that you need 3 or 4 per day to get the calcium you need.

Ask your doctor. He will tell you what to do instead. It will probably be eat other dairy such as yogurt or cheese and/or take calcium pills.
