Tell him how you feel. Tell him the truth. Let him know that your friendship to him, means more to you than anything and that you wouldn't want to loose a good friend.

Oh man. This happened to me!!! Did he ask you already? What di dyou say to him? If you said that you'd think about it, then he is still waiting for an answer.
You are going to have to be honest with him. It wouldn't be fair if you lied to him. (or to yourself).
Life is cahrazy! The sooner you tell him how you feel, the better it will be to have a quick resolution/understanding.

ofcource u need to say the truth ... see it will hurt the other person a bit but every thing will be fine after few days ....
