The most obvious answer here is eBay. The Atari 2600 has been out of production long enough where it'd even be difficult to find them at specialty stores, so if not eBay, then I'm out of ideas. You might also check out some pawn shops and antique shops.

Target. They were on sale day after Thanksgiving for 29.95. Regular price is probably less than 50.00

Try checking out your local flea market, there are usually one or two game guys that refurbish old systems. i bought my 8-bit Nintendo for $50 and its great, no problems and its still a classic, just new and refurbished.
