Depends on what you are looking to do. If you want rides, MGM will win in that category. It's definitely a full day there.
If you want to look at stuff then I would recommend Epcot, plus you can taste around the world, all kinds of different foods and drinks from around the world and they have a really good fireworks and laser show around the lake. Epcot will keep you busy most of the day too.
There are some good rides there too but not nearly as many as MGM has.
Disney World is of course good for the kids but adults can get bored of it. I know some adults love it but not particularly for me and it tends to be really busy too.
Animal Kingdom I've never been to but I've heard good and bad about it. If you want to see animals then this is the place to go.
Universal is really close as well and it has many more rides than the Disney parks. Personally I skip Disney and go to Universal instead but any of the recommendations above should help.

1. Magic Kingdom
2. Disney's Animal Kingdom
3. Mgm Studios
4. EPCOT
5. Typhoon Lagoon
6. Blizzard Beach

If you have not visited Magic Kingdom, go there. but if you already visited that park. stick to MGM. All depends. if you have childs, go to Magic, i´m sure they won´t be bored there, even if they went before. I took my girls two times there in the last week and they had the time of their lives.

Magic Kingdom and Epcot are my two favorites. Downtown Disney is nice too if you want to shop and eat.

Magic Kinddom! Dude that place is awesome. lol. And Universal Studios (even though its not Disney) is coolness too! If you're talking about Florida that is... =P

stick with MGM, they have the better rides, Aerosmith roller coaster, tower of terror,

If you've never been to the Magic Kingdom, then you should do that. It's fun to be a kid again.
