Set up a proxy server and force web traffic through it. Then check the proxy log.

I would ask the Network Administrator to do this rather than doing it yourself. However the easiest way if they are not covering their tracks would be to click 'Start' - - > 'Run' - -> type "cookies" and hit enter.

irid is right and that (proxy) is probably the simplest solution, but this will require someone monitoring the traffic.

To automatically detect and log inappropriate usage, you should get a software program...
