my 6 month son has his bottom teeth out and his teething again.
I was told that his second set of teeth are coming out on the bottom. Dont the top two teeth usually appear after the first set of bottom teeth??

All kids are different. Although that may be the case in MOST children, there isn't a rule about it. I wouldn't worry, but if you are concerned you could always call a dentist. I'm sure it's fine though.

My kids didn't even have teeth til they were closer to a year! Then it was the bottom teeth first and then top. It's just a matter of the child. Each child is different. Enjoy the new smiles from your little guy!!

It all depends. All kids are different. My daughter got her 2 bottom teeth first and then she got her 2 top teeth and then she got 2 more top teeth before she got any more on the bottom. Then she got 2 more on top.Now she already has 3 of her 1 year molars.
