Back in high school, I used to go to sleep around 11pm-1130pm but since I've started college, I've been going to bed around 2am-230am. At around 1am I try to go to sleep but I end up rolling around in my bed and I'm usually not tired. What can I do to go back to sleep around 11pm? Should I wake up earlier so that I'm tired during the day and go to sleep earlier?

That's the best way to adjust your sleeping habits. If you want to go to bed earlier, you wake up earlier for about a week. Then you will be tired enough to fall asleep. For 11PM, I'd start getting up anywhere from 6-7 for a while.

The answer is simply, yes. If you go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning, no matter what time you fell asleep, unless you have insomnia, you will get back in the groove.
