If Owain is like Owen, its ok. Dewi i don't like much. Chelsea is very pretty, so is Kelsy. Keevi sounds different, but not bad.

I hate to say it but I am not very fond of the boys names that you are asking about. I went to school with a boy named Dewey once and he was made fun of a lot. Kelsy and Chelsea are beautiful names. Keevi is different but I believe that it could grow on people.

Boys:

I really dislike Dewi -- the previous answerer was right it sounds like one of Donald Duck's nephews.

I like the name Owen. If Owain is pronounced like Owen, please don't spell it "Owain" as it will just get mispronounced when read and mispelled when written. If it's pronounced as it's spelled (Oh-wayn) then, to be honest, I don't like it. But it's still better then Dewi.

Girls:

I like either Chelsea or Kelsy. Chelsea is getting less common, so that's good, but it was still in the top 100 in 1998 (I point that out because, from the names listed, it seems like you're going for something uncommon). Kelsy was in the top 100 even more recently -- as recently as 2001 -- albeit spelled differently (Kelsey).

Because the only person I've ever known named Keevi is male, I can't go with that for a girl -- it sounds much too masculine to me.

I really like Owain for a boy. I am not to fond of a boy's name Dewi since it is kinda girly. As for a girl then I really like Kelsy but I like the spellin Kelsi with that. Also Keevi is very different and cute.

Dewi and Keevi are setting a kid up for a miserable grade school experience. Owain and Chelsea get my vote. There's nothing particular wrong with Kelsy, I just don't care for it.

Owain is okay BUT Keevi sounds too much like skeevy or like someone misprounced Kerry. I love the name Chelsea.

I gotta say I am not really fond of any of the names.Dewi is my cousin's nickname and I dunno is Owain supposed to be Owen? Chelsea and Kelsy remind me of some stuck up chicks that I know. And Keevi looks and sounds like a boys name. Sorry.

Um, hate the boys names.
Not too keen on Keevi either, the others are very cute.
