According to Marathi-Hindi, it means a soft, caring, delicate, and beautiful person or bird.
It also means by french(coz my bro's french speakin') of graceful, charming and beautiful togeather.

I think it is more commonly spelled Anari
It might be a Welsh male name...hard to pin down.
