I need an explanation. What does is mean?

They can't hold you indefinitely while you await trial. You will be tried by a jury comprised of your peers (people in the same area). You will know what you are accused of and know who it is that is accusing you. You will have access to legal counsel, whether you can afford it or not.

The sixth amendment applies to rights for the accused in federal cases. You have a right to a (relatively) quick trial, an attorney, and a jury. It's there to keep the judicial system fair.
