Sure it's on my bookshelf next to the St James's Bubble and the Encyclopaedia Big Tourniquet.

This is the first time I've ever heard of it! It sounds like a fun dictionary. Try searching "out of print books" on the web. There you will find a place to get the book. I know I'm going to try for one. Thanks for the question.
