Here we go I'll give it a shot ,
Bush Record of Accomplishments
GEORGE W. BUSH
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington, DC 20520
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
LAW ENFORCEMENT
I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1976 for driving under the influence of alcohol. I pled guilty, paid a fine, and had my driver's license suspended for 30 days. My Texas driving record has been "lost" and is not available.
MILITARY
I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went AWOL. I refused to take a drug test or answer any questions about my drug use. By joining the Texas Air National Guard, I was able to avoid combat duty in Vietnam.
COLLEGE
I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. I was a cheerleader.
PAST WORK EXPERIENCE
I ran for U.S. Congress and lost. I began my career in the oil business in Midland, Texas, in 1975. I bought an oil company, but couldn't find any oil in Texas. The company went bankrupt shortly after I sold all my stock. I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal that took land using taxpayer money. With the help of my father and our friends in the oil industry, including Enron CEO Ken Lay, I was elected governor of Texas.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS
I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies, making Texas the most polluted state in the Unio n. During my tenure, Houston replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America. I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of billions in borrowed money. I set the record for the most executions by any governor in American history. With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President after losing by over 500,000 votes.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT
I am the first President in U.S. history to enter office with a criminal record. I invaded and occupied two countries at a continuing cost of over one billion dollars per week. I spent the U.S. surplus and effectively bankrupted the U.S. Treasury. I shattered the record for the largest annual deficit in U.S. history. I set an economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12-month period. I set the all-time record for most foreclosures in a 12-month period. I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the U.S. stock market.
In my first year in office, over 2 million Americans lost their jobs and that trend continues every month.
I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in U.S. history. My "poorest millionaire," Condoleezza Rice, had a Chevron oil tanker named after her. I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S. President. I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder for receiving the most corporate campaign donations. My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best friends, Kenneth Lay, presided over the largest corporate bankruptcy fraud in U.S. History, Enron.
My political party used Enron private jets and corporate attorneys to assure my success with the U.S. Supreme Court during my election decision. I have protected my friends at Enron and Halliburton against investigation or prosecution. More time and money was spent investigating the Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spen t investigating one of the biggest corporate rip- offs in history.
I presided over the biggest energy crisis in U.S. history and refused to intervene when corruption involving the oil industry was revealed. I presided over the highest gasoline prices in U.S. history. I changed the U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts. I appointed more convicted criminals to administration than any President in U.S. history. I created the Ministry of Homeland Security, the largest bureaucracy in the history of the United States' government.
I've broken more international treaties than any President in U.S. history. I am the first President in U.S. history to have the United Nations remove the U.S. from the Human Rights Commission. I withdrew the U.S. from the World Court of Law. I refused to allow inspectors access to U.S. "prisoners of war" detainees and thereby have refused to abide by the Geneva Convention. I am the first President in history t o refuse United Nations election inspectors (during the 2002 U.S. election). I set the record for fewest numbers of press conferences of any President since the advent of television. I set the all-time record for most days on vacation in any one-year period. After taking off the entire month of August, I presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history. I garnered the most sympathy for the U.S. after the World Trade Center attacks and less than a year later made the U.S. the most hated country in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in world history.
I have set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously protest me in public venues (15 million people), shattering the record for protests against any person in the history of mankind.
I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, pre-emptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation. I did so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S. citizens, and the world community. I have cut health care benefits for war veterans and support a cut in duty benefits for active duty troops and their families-in-wartime. In my State of the Union Address, I lied about our reasons for attacking Iraq and then blamed the lies on our British friends. I am the first President in history to have a majority of Europeans (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and security. I am supporting development of a nuclear "Tactical Bunker Buster," a WMD. I have so far failed to fulfill my pledge to bring Osama Bin Laden [sic] to justice.
RECORDS AND REFERENCES
All records of my tenure as governor of Texas are now in my father's library, sealed and unavailable for public view. All records of SEC investigations into my insider trading and my bankrupt companies are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public view. All records or >regarding public energy policy are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public review.

I wholeheartedly agree.
Reagan lead this country and made tough decisions even though it wasn't good for his popularity. Bush Sr. followed through and it resulted with the economic boom of the 1990's.
Clinton waived his finger in the air to see which way the polls were blowing. The only good thing he did was stay out of the way of a ball that was already set in motion. Just because he was a good speaker he was popular. Simple minded Americans that have a need for immediate gratification thought he was "cool".
He gladly stole the thunder of his predecessors and the results of their tough decisions he would have been too afraid to make.
Now Bush Jr. has to make tough decisions at a time when we need leadership. Time and history will show that he single handedly oppressed and extinguished the Muslim extremist movement.
Once the Iraqi military infrastructure is capable enough not to risk a military coupe we will unleash them on the Al-Sadir militia. This will cost tens of thousands of innocent lives lost. Yet it won't be at our hand. The Iraqi government will take credit and responsibility for their actions sealing their sovereignty as a Democracy amongst other Islamic Republics. Soon after the Islamic republics will fall from within.
You are a true American by backing our leader. United We Stand Divided We Fall.

No one should be hard and fast republican or democrat but rather an American and vote for whoever is doing or capable of doing a good job for the country as a whole.
As far as Bush, did he lie to the people of this country? Yes, many times.
did he authorize illegal wiretaps? Yes.
Is he closed minded when it comes to Iraq? yes.
Is the country any better since he took office? No!!
we often have to trust the word of political analysts, republican and democrat, since they spend more time analyzing politicians and their actions than we have time to do, and they have voted Bush the worst president in the history of this country, both for things we may be aware of but for others we may not be aware of as well!

i voted for Bush but here is what I would like to say. Don't vote for a party vote for the person. Try to pick someone who will not vote party but will vote by issue. The splitting of the country on party lines is what is preventing the country from going down the road to success in many areas.

I can't convince you to be a Democrat but if you don't want to become a Republican anymore and think you'll never vote Democrat, try the Libertarian Party: www.lp.org. I hope you like it!

I'm not a fan of Bush, but then asking you to join up with the Democrats would be like asking you to crawl out of the lion's den and into the tiger's lair.
I'm so disillusioned.

You have your values and are comfortable with the Republicans, so stay Republican.
Most others that are pretending to be Democrats now are just ignorant about foreign matters and the economy.

i like his perspectives so plenty greater suited. they provide the impact of being greater sensible. McCain says he will "shrink taxes" for each guy or woman. however with our national debt, there is not any longer something to do to repair it as properly develop each and every person's taxes. Obama's plans usual have flaws, so do McCains. No ones are appropriate and no you could have a hundred% of their can provide pass by using. i in my view like Obama and his stand on LGBT. i do no longer trust it a hundred%, in spite of the undeniable fact that it is so plenty greater suited than the "kill all gays and supporters" mentality that McCain and Palin have. His preparation plan is wonderful. yet i do no longer understand the place all this money could come from to pay it. yet it particularly isn't any longer a controversy i glance very deeply in by using fact i'm no longer at college and by using the time I even have teenagers and that they improve up, it is going to likely be a minimum of two many years until they pass to college. I additionally like his stance on oil and new alternatives. For what i understand, McCain purely needs to maintain drilling. yet Obama needs to create jobs to pass in direction of wind and photograph voltaic ability. Which i'm a huge supporter in reducing the quantity of gasoline we use. once I build a house, i'm hoping that i can locate one way or the different to incorporate "eco-friendly" existence into it :) in case you refuse to speak approximately themes, then i'm going to provide an answer that may no longer on the subject rely of that: he's the lesser of two evils. think of approximately it, Sarah Palin as president after McCain dies or his Alzheimers kicks in finished-time? Or Obama who certainly is properly-known with what it particularly is opt to be a individual interior the U. S., no longer constantly wealthy? **EDIT** Sorry. I forgot relating to the full "community service for training" subject. Now I undergo in techniques that I enjoyed that approximately him, even whilst Hillary substitute into nonetheless interior the race (i'm an avid Hillary supporter). i think of that's a sensible thought to get the superb teenagers the money they choose. And sounds logical. If the undesirable teenagers will purely flunk out in any case, why could they choose the educational? undesirable teenagers could in no way volunteer to help. however the stable teenagers which will proceed on solid and choose the help, they'd do something great and finally end up helping themselves, too. yet lower back, i do no longer understand plenty on the preparation subject rely, so do no longer quote me.
