To answer your sub-questions: Obviously we can't kill them again, and no we don't have their bodies, they were incinerated in the explosions and fire that they caused.
The guys that actually carried out these plans did not do it all on their own. Although the whole story is not completely known (at least by the public) It is certain that they were part of an organization that put this whole plot together. To carry something like that out you need a lot of money and resources. So in theory we are hunting down and fighting the other people who funded, designed, and helped carry out this plot in other ways.
