I went to see my girl at work, she works at a grocery store, and bought a rose for her, when I took it up to her at the register she was bagging groceries with one of the guy baggers. She is a cashier who was relieving the other for there breaks on this particular day. What disturbed me was when I got in line she didnt notice me right away so I watched her interact with this bagger. He wasnt really paying much attention to her but she was talking to him he said one word and she started laughing histarically and then just looked at him for a second. Then he went to walk to the next checkout line and she walked right with him talking about someone who was leaving. Now Im making more of this than it is and I want to know how I stop being so jealous, I know it has to do with my insecurity and how she doesnt act like she is happy when she is with me somtimes but i read into things a lot too. I dont want to see a counseler, I just want to know if there are techniques for me to help my proble

Jealousy stems from a low self-worth.
Cure: be cool and love yourself! Sounds weird, I know. But, it's really quite that simple. I want 5 awesome things you think about yourself everyday written down in a notebook at night before you go to sleep! Your brain will do the rest!
Pretty soon you will KNOW that you have a lot to offer to yourself and your lady; and you won't care what the other men have to offer her!

Always don't forget, that men love cheerfulness, well experience of humour, and any person with a happiness approximately them. Tell me some thing? Are you joyful inside your self at this second? Are you confused out? Are you main a effective existence/profession? We generally tend to radiate the sort of power we now have inside ourselves. First you must be with individuals who respect you, and also you must paintings on 'your self' first. It is YOU who's the primary precedence in existence. Treat your self, pamper your self, get a makeover, cross to a wellbeing spa. Try taking over yoga, or becoming a member of the health club, it is helping calms the nerves and I can guarantee you it will possibly make that point of the month effortless for you too. If you're particularly concerened, then ask your GP approximately any treatments, that may ease your anxiety for the period of that point of the month. Now thats out of the best way, see your boyfreind could no longer like any person who's arguing with him always. thats why hes moved into the hostel, and with an additional woman. Listen woman, throw that jealousy out of the window. you dont want him. Just allow him cross, and pay attention to YOURSELF. as soon as you're feeling confident approximately urself you'll radiate confident power which im certain any person wont be competent to withstand!!! cross on then excellent of good fortune!!! x

Working in a grocery is not my idea of a good time. She's really got to do anything to make the time go well.
It's okay to read deeply into things, but it's better to communicate with her.
And give yourself some credit- to recognize the jealousy is half the battle!

the funny thing is though that i am not a jealous person but i'd say that she was flirting. the only way of stopping this jeaulousy thing is to tealize that if a person wants to cheat on u, oh she will. no matter what u do, scream, cry, discuss, she will do it. so, try to be cool+yrseld, secure enough so as not to be triggered into such thinking. think about J.TImberlake when he dances..now that's self-esteem.

It's really hard, because I was jealous. I consciously tried to flirt with other men to make my guy jealous but he was too dumb/didn't care to realise it. When I told him what I'd been doing he flipped his lid, I was genuinely surprised - I didn't think he'd act that way! Still you need to improve things because it'll push her away. Does she know that you are jealous? Maybe you just need some reassurance from her. What star signs are you?

As first poster said, she may not be the right one. Looks like she still likes to flirt. But be that as it may, don't feel alone as we all would have that feeling.
