go there, and on the right, click on your area.
after that, look for the electronics sections. this is a site where people sell there stuff. and you can find some really good deals on there. you can probably get a decent computer for 1/3 the price youd pay in the stores :)

Try eBay.....
Also look into 'Hope Harbor' and maybe the classified ads.
Most pawn shops will over price the stuff and sell you junk anyway.
For eBay remember to use something that gives you 'buyers protection' just in case. Most sellers will offer only a guarantee that it will work "out of the box" and not for any length of time.
But if it works out of the box, odds are it will continue to work.
