A codon is a set of 3 nucleic acid bases in a messenger RNA that specify a particular amino acid in the processing of DNA to protein. When the amino acids are linked together they form the polypeptide chain that folds into a protein.

The answer about the "3-nucleotide sequence specifying a single amino acid", or the ones similar to this one, are not only correct but also very well stated!!!!
answers 2 and 4...looks to me like someone needs to get laid:)

A group of three ribonucleotide(in messenger RNA) complementary in anti-parallel manner to code (deoxyribonucleotide) of the DNA, and which is complementary in anti-parallel manner to anticodon of specific transfer RNA that carries a specific amino acid.
This definition may be cumbersome, but read it twice and it will a lot of sense.

ITS A TYPE OF PAINKILLER.
HYDROCODON, OXYCODON, ARE TWO EXAMPLES.
THE OXYCODON IS KIND OF LIKE A HEROIN PILL, THEY CAN BE VERY ADDICTIVE. IF YOUR GONNA DRINK AFTER TAKING ONE MAKE SURE YOUR NOT GOIN ANYWHERE
