yes it will still be delivered.

zip code will help people in the post office to segregate it. then when delivered to the local area, sometimes the mailman knows the people in his serviced area. so sometimes name will do. if the receiver also receives frequent mails that is a big chance too.

let me state my case, once a friend of mine send a letter to me but its really incomplete but the mailman knows our family name it was deivered to me, though kinda delayed.

C'mon Erin. Unless it's going to Manila or Cebu, it's gonna take long enough as it is. Why don't you just include the whole address and increase your odds of getting it there this year.
