why do people want to be rude boys/girls?

when i'm outside in london i see all these rude boys/girls and it makes me laugh they look so stupid its unbelieveble, with their low batty and other things they do that make them look like idiots to the world except other rude boys/girls coz their dump like them, its like look around no one but you and your friends think you look good every else is just laughing.

see no one likes to be rude. but its thier nature which makes them rude.
