Fair warning is my Fav. cant beat Unchained. Diver Down is also one of my fav's, I know it was alot of cover songs, but it seems like they had alot of fun with them.

Lots of people either say "1984" (the one with most of their hits) or "Van Halen 1" (the one with the good songs). Me personally, I go with Van Halen 1, because the guitar sounds more raw and the songs have more of an edge to them.

For the hard core Van Halen fans "Fair Warning" was the best Van halen album, even though it wasn't as popular as most of the others.
The guitar work on Fair Warning in my opinion is some of Eddie's best work.

I would have to say Van Halen 1 but all of their albums were great. I prefer the Dave era but the albums with Sammy were awesome as well.

I'd have to say Van Halen I. Unless I can choose 'Best of Both Worlds'. Eruption is just the ultimate guitar song!

Not sure about any one album, but their "Live without a Net" video is excellent if you want to see and hear them. Can probably find it on eBay or Amazon.com.
