steering wheel of my car, would this improve my chances of having an accident while driving?

Just because you were to put it on your steering wheel doesnt mean you would have a girl in the car to give you a kiss down there. And what if the other person in the car with you was a man, and he went to kiss you down there, I do see an accident in the making there lol.
