no, cant stand the buggers, ugly and smelly, and insist on wearing old curtains hiding their face if they are a woman, or in a big beehive if they are men.

Islam in it's self is innocuous as are most religions. In the teachings of the Koran as professed is that Sharia is the law they adhere too, Sharia law is a 8th century remnant that goes against societal norms. The "fanatical islamo-fascists" bent on world destruction believe that through Jihad the Messiah will come. Well, that said, people are people, I think a person can believe what they wish as long as their belief does not inhibit my ability to believe what I choose.

Islam has three tenants for dealing with non-muslims, Convert to islam, tax and enslave, or kill. While the majority of muslims don't feel this doctrine is valid, the islamo-fascists that are soon to enplace Sharia in Europe with have countless infidels to deal with..

I would recommend some reading before you give islam a pass, read Robert Spencer's book "The Political Incorrect Guide to Islam" and also see if you can get a copy of the DVD "Obsession" which is a very good documentary of radical islam and a must see for anyone who questions why some muslims are creating a very dangerous situation for this planet.

I've known people of all faiths, from Jew, Muslim, Christian Buddhist, Hindu, Wiccan, and each one have the view that their religion is the "only" correct one and "if only" people would see what they see the world would be a better place..

Here is a link to a must read article that is a glimpse of the future regarding Islam. It is a must read.. it's long but well worth the time.

What baffles me is that the supposed "peaceful" muslims and their clerics don't condemn these radicals for fear of reprisal, guess what by denying a problem exists won't make it go away. Muslim radicals killed 3000+ people in NYC and DC on 9/11/01, in my opinion the was is not on Terror, we need to call it what it is, you can't fight an ideology, you need to fight an enemy, radicals are the enemy, the direction their clerics preach is a global sharia under a new Caliphate (muslim pope)..

Do a google on Sharia, you will find many of the same things as you'd find in the Old testament book of Leviticus, while these "laws" were fine and dandy 2000 years ago, the social implications are not valid today.

Well I'm Muslim and i truly do think that people that feel this way is very hurt because of something that happened in the past or something they have experienced for example 9/11 a lot of people blame that on everybody of the Muslim faith but u can't because were are normal just like all of you and we have feelings as well and plus that had nothing to do with us.

As a muslim, i can tell you that my religion has never encourage people to be violent or to hate each other, it's an false interpretation of some people who is pretending to be muslim, but sincerly i think that they aren't , the problem is that today, people doesn't really make difference between that kind of persons, and the rest of the muslim community which are truly searching for peace and goodliving in harmony with the other communities in this world.

Muslims are great people of love and peace. It's the extremists that are the terrorists and are the ones that make the headlines. The terrorists are killing their own people to try to make a point (I still haven't figured out their point). But the actually Muslim community is a peaceful people. We don't hear about the 'norm' on the news. Media tends to report the negative, the killings, the bombings, the suicides and these aren't being done by true Muslims, it's being done by insane extremists.

There are some Muslims in my sons middle school and my son is friends with the boys. They play in the park and are very nive and polite boys. They pray when they have to and my son knows some things about their faith and respects that. He knows what time of the day is their prayer time and my son doesn't go over there until after prayer time or they come to our home after prayer time. Just like they know we are at church on Sunday morning and they wait until after lunch to play. They are actually more polite than the 2 Catholic friends my son has. One was baptized Catholic but has never been to church, even for Christmas. It's a shame they aren't raised with God in their lives. They want to learn because they are always asking my son and I questions. I see Islam and Judaism neighbors being more devote in their faith than Christian neighbors. Sad.

I have muslim friends. And let me tell you, they are some of the most wonderful, disciplined and kind people I could ever have met.

Thankfully they only/mostly follow the good part of the koran. But unfortunately they don't realise that the true muslims are following the good part and the dark side of the book. Those true followers are the terrorist.

They also may not realise that they are being kept in the dark about the bad sides of the koran, and their belonging to this group of people helps the cause of the terrorist whether they know it or not.

I am married to a Muslim, so I am biased.

Not all Muslims are bad. As in all cultures, there are those that do things that bring negative connotations toward their group. I think it is obvious that the media will leave things out and only pinpoint what is currently happening in today's world; leaving out important things and just leaving a generalization, therefore it is up to each individual to research and make an opinion on his own based on that knowledge.

Yes there's no reason to dislike them. The religion is peaceful if you actuallly read from the Qu'ran rather than a newspaper.

People who say they have "fanatic beliefs" well, 1 in every 100 people tend to. It's not cause they're muslim.

There are more than a billion Muslums. Some are nice, some are not. Some are fanatics, most are not. The Muslums I have known through the years have been good people, I like them.
