Only if you do it over and over....or during sex. It might just be a slip of the tongue but psychologically somewhere or something deep inside is making you think of that person. It could just be that your present partner said or did something that reminded you of your ex. In which case, he/she should overlook the first one, but if you do it again and again, there's something deeper going on!
