There is no achieving world peace; not in this lifetime, that is. Communism would work, but only on paper or with less than 100 people. World peace is a play on words, so to speak, because in all of man's history (some 6000-odd years), there have been about 250 years of peace (non-consecutive, of course). Some other theories, however, include the following:
1. Realization of One True God.
2. Hostile alien visitors that unite people as humans, not as religions or governments.
3. Nuclear holocaust that leaves only a select few that must work together to survive.
4. Extinction of man.
5. Realization of the meaning/purpose of life.

Numbers 1 and 5 sort of go hand-in-hand. Once we realize that there is or is not one true God, then man will unite out of hatred for history of God or spiritual breakdowns that demolish religion. Hostile alien visitors will create peace throughout mankind, but not, of course, with aliens. Once more, we would have to unite. A nuclear holocaust is pretty much going to obliterate everybody that is war-hungry. Extinction of man, though, is the best way towards world peace. It sucks, I know, but man cannot achieve peace via his own means.

There will be no peace until Christ returns and rules for 1000 years following the events of God's wrath upon unbelievers found in Revelation. Interestingly, too, is the fact that those who were martyred during the Tribulation, like the Messianic Jews, will most likely return with Christ to have some ruling powers as well -- See Rev. 20:4.

the elite rulers of the world have no plan in place on how to maintain dominance and control over the masses of the world during peace. it is only through war, fear and uncertainty that give them their power. it's an age old tactic that all rulers have used and although barbaric, it has worked for thousands of years. to achieve world peace a plan will have to be formulated that would somehow allow these rulers to maintain their status and hierarchy during peaceful times however the power they possess will not easily be relinquished and may take a few more thousands of years of evolution to achieve.

Have God destroy the world again and start over. He promised not to flood the world again so maybe this time He can open up the earth and have it swallow all the unfaithful ones.

At my point of view, the good question is : When the life (Human Life and all others) in Earth will be totally safe ?

If you answer to this question, you'll have the answer of your first question.

Probably, when technologies and science could help humanity to be preserved forever and anywhere

We can implement new international laws regarding war.

1. If 2 countries want to go to war, shoot the leaders.

2. If their replacements want war also, see step 1.
