Will a person whose not a "born leader" be a true leader? Will there be followers?

Ja...I think he can learn. It is sometimes an aquired trait, one that the person must learn by actually leading. He must also think for himself and on his own feet.

And everybody else is a follower.

I believe that anyone can be a leader if their drive and passion is big enough! People will follow someone a good plan and a white hot desire to see it accomplished! :)
