evrytimes i shut off my computer, it asked me my password again and i have to restard my computer again and again... cant shut off it :(

starts the OS in safe mode it will detect what & where the problem was occured and also it will automatically fix it.
Try it !!!
otherwise please format your hadrdisk and re-install OS.

May be there is a problem with your OS because one of the function of OS is to conduct the process of booting and shutting off so some of the program files are lost try to re-install your software

Sounds like you could have a virus, do a scan with anti virus software.
Also check your genral settings in your control panel and remove password requirement.

press the power button on the computer and keep on holding it until it loses power and shuts down completly, when you turn it back on everything should be normal

hit escape when it prompts for a password .
dosnt work on all but most give it a try i do it!
