The UK only gets one match a week but I'm not around when it's being shown. Anyone know a site where I can view it?

I'm not positive how it would work for you in the UK but in the US Comcast subscribers get one or two NHL games streamed to the host website each night. Not tremendous video quality but it's HOCKEY!

http://www.download.com/TVU-Player/3000-2194_4-10584888.html

It's Called TVU and it has 1 and sometimes 2 games a night on it picked up from nhl center ice. It's free and has other interesting channels as well. If you have a slow connection you might not want to bother, i have regular old verizon dsl and other then some choppy moments it plays pretty well.

Yahoo! Sports has a service called 'VS' (versus) in the NHL section.

they display up to four games a day you can watch streaming for free.

i tried it once, the resolution was pretty good! id say thats your best bet

http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl

Scroll down about halfway and you'll see a link for live games. There are 3-4 per week.
