Driving a car in back seat = unsual behavior, losing control
You probably have some sort of confusion at that moment. You are losing control because in reality, you may feel like being pushed to a point that you can't control. But somehow you manage to fight it and drive a car in the back seat could mean you are struggling

If you are driving and cannot see the road ahead of you, then it indicates that you do not know where you are headed in life and what you really want to do with yourself.
Generally you're swerving everywhere and so you're out of control.
