that l@tif@h virus turn all my word file size into 67 Kb. I`ve tried AVG 7.5 and Avast but it still couldn`t be detected and healed...

There is one thing you can try, a system restore to a date before the virus got into your computer. If you downloaded AVG and Avast after the computer was infected, it will remove both of them. But, if it gets rid of the virus, then you can download one or the other again. It can't hurt, and it might save you having to reformat the hard drive, which is the most severe action you can take.

Click on Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools and System Restore. Pick a date that is prior to the virus and in bold. Restore to that date, then restart your computer.

Have you tried scanning in Safe Mode? That will usually make sure that the virus program does not open when Windows starts.
