Jews were been scattered across Europe from 70CE through 1948, yet there was always a Jewish presence in the Holy Land. They lacked the money, arms, and political support of the many landlords in the area (Ottomans, Byzantines, etc.) Only the UK even offered to recreate the Jewish Homeland there.
I think your generalizations are very bigoted.

Actually, they did. The Maccabee Revolution reclaimed the land and purified the Temple. (Hence Hannukah.) Everything was going pretty well until about 70AD when the Romans sacked Jerusalem and destroyed the temple. They put most of the Jews into slavery and distributed them around the Empire. For the next several thousand years they were trapped. However in the 600's the Jews supported the Muslim invasion of Jerusalem on the grounds that they would be allowed to rebuild the Temple. For a short while, they did have a small structure on top of the Temple Mount, until the local Calif changed his mind and tore it down. Then he went after the Church of the Holy Selpulchre and the Christians came down to take it back. You had 400 years of Crusades - and that certainly wasn't a good time to try and get it back. Then the Age of Enlightenment came along and persecution of Jews abated in Europe. America was settled and for many Jews, America was a gift from God - a land where you could worship anyone you wanted, any way you wanted, and nobody could legally persecute you. But once Hitler made Europe into a living Hell for the Jews, they decided it was time to re-establish the Jewish homeland. Still more Jews live in America than anywhere else in the world.
And it's closer to 4,500 years actually. The first Jewish settlements in what is now Jerusalem date back to about 2,500 BCE.

To begin with it was 2 thousand years and the Romans invaded Israel. Than when the empire fell radical Muslims took over the holy land and the Jews never real abandoned it there some either converted to to Islam or stayed under ground in terms. But Israel was founded 3000 before Islam even started and the poor Jews have been kicked out of every land they've ever had and during ww2 is when we gave Israel nation recognition for Holocaust survivor's to repopulate. And Israel is was of the strongest nation's in the world and they will show there assume might before the end.

Wow, that's the most twisted version of Jewish history I've ever seen.
First, they did build Israel, they founded Jerusalem, etc. and they have been living in that area for 1000's of years. But they've never been a populous peoples compared to the invaders, and thus were constantly invaded. Romans, Muslims, Crusaders, British, etc.
But they have constantly inhabited there for millenia, and had been seeking a refounding of Israel for a very long time. Fight? Yes, they fought. They had terrorists of their own fighting British rule.
Get a clue and stop the hate.

interior the 1800's, numerous persons interior the U. S. and Canada purely settled on vacant land and geared up a house there; i do no longer bear in mind each and every person objecting. The Tanach extremely states that Israel belongs to the Jewish human beings, and in certainty the land that at the instant makes up contemporary-day Israel is a fraction of the area that G-d promised to the Jews. subsequently, we've each and every suitable to declare that it particularly is ours.

Why didn't they claim it? Well there were a few things that got in the way, like being persecuted by the Romans, persecuted by the Persians, subjected to the tortures of the Inquisition, gassed during the Holocaust. You know, little things like that.

dont they think that if they had Gods favor that he would have given thier enemies into thier hands already. in bible times it only took days, minutes or just moments.
obviously they do not have Gods backing. they turned thier back on him one to many times and now they are no longer his chosen people.
