I have so many feelings for this guy at work, but the only thing thats stopping me from telling him how I feel is that i have a bf! We flirt and everything at work, right in front of my bf, and he doesnt even notice! my bf is too into this relationship, and he likes me WAY more than i like him! Should i end this, or wait until feelings develop? Cuz i really like this other kid, but i just dont want to hurt my bf? What should I do? Im in desperate need of advice!

You must go with your heart, it will tell you the best time. Nobody can tell you when it is right but your heart will. Good Luck and have a nice Christmas. FOLLOW YOUR HEART.

One thing I've learned in 54 years is this: If you don't tell this guy you have feelings for him, nothing will change. Life is way too short to wonder "what-if". Tell him how you feel. If you had a "great" relationship with your BF, this wouldn't even be an issue. In love, we all -- at some point -- get hurt. Your "BF" will get over it. You're responsible for your own happiness. Good Luck.

If you are not feeling it with your bf, then you should end it. No sense waiting around for feelings to develop, as they probably never will ! End it, and start something up with the new guy. But don't rub it under your ex-bf's nose, as that would be very very mean !

It is going to hurt anyway, that is what break-ups usually do, but I would tell your b/f now before it goes any further, it's probably awful to say, but at least one of you should be happy.

Make a decision who you want - but be honest with your bf.
